Commercial license
A commercial license is available to legal entities, including companies and organizations (both for profit and non-profit). The license allows for use by a single individual within that organization and can be transferred from one developer to another. The number of individuals permitted to use the software is limited to the number of purchased licenses (not a floating license).

Personal license
If you want to purchase a license, and you are the only person planning to use that license, then the Personal License is for you. Personal licenses are non-transferable.

When placing an order for 5 or more commercial licenses, you qualify for the following discount rates. Your discount will be calculated automatically when you place your order.

Note: volume discounts do not apply to the personal license, for it is restricted to one user and is sold as a single license only.
License key
When you purchase Silverlight Spy you will receive a license key. Click the Enter license key button in the dialog that appears when you start an unregistered copy of the program and enter your key. Once the key is entered you will be able to use all features of Silverlight Spy and you will no longer see the startup dialog.
License renewal policy
A license entitles you to free updates, including bug fixes and new features for up to one year after the original purchase. After one year, you are no longer entitled to updates, but you may continue to use the product. To receive an additional year of updates, you'll need to renew your license. A license renewal is 50% the cost of a new license.
You will receive a renewal notification email when your license is about to expire. The renewal notification contains a purchase link that allows you to take advantage of the renewal discount of 50%. There's a grace period of 15 days, after which the link will expire. Contact us if you haven't received a notification email.
You can also choose to automatically renew your license. The auto-renew option can be enabled and disabled at any time. See also the Software Buyers FAQ.
