Updates

The following updates have been applied.

• Fixed a bug in the networking stack where HTTP requests for protected resources causes Silverlight Spy to crash.
• Using the latest the Windows API CodePack version 1.0.1
• Selecting the browser address bar now automatically selects all text
• New configuration restore functionality. Whenever a corrupt configuration file is discovered, slspy tries to restore the configuration. Also fixes unexpected slspy crashes
• Windows Vista/7 Taskbar used where applicable.
