2010

First of all I want to wish everyone the best for the year 2010! 2009 has been a wonderful year, I have been able to dedicate 100% of my time to Silverlight related development, which is simply awesome. Last year First Floor Software introduced Document Toolkit and a commercial version of Silverlight Spy. Both products are highly succesful and I have every intent to continue its success. I have scheduled a number of exciting new features for both Silverlight Spy and Document Toolkit. More on that in future blog posts.

 

Silverlight MVP

2010 starts out very strong for me personally, for I have been awarded Silverlight MVP. I am truly humbled and proud for receiving this recognition for my activities in the Silverlight community. Thanks to whoever nominated me.

 

MIX10

I have booked my flight and hotel room and will be present at MIX10. MIX09 was a blast last year, I expect nothing less from MIX10. Will I see you there? Drop me a line.

 

Redesign websites

Last month I have silently started to work on a redesign of the First Floor Software websites (firstfloorsoftware.com, silverlightspy.com and documenttoolkit.com). Since my designing skills are seriously lacking, I'm working closely with a professional designer to get the job done. Not only is the look going to change, I am working on updating and improving the content as well. The new websites will go live soon.
